The importance of fairness and friendship

This musical shows the importance of loyalty and friendship. History is brought to life with a witty rhyming script and rich variety of songs and dances.
While Richard the Lion Heart is away on Crusades, his brother, Prince John, exploits the Saxon Peasants. Robin Hood and his friends make a pact to fight for the rights 'of the honest and good'. They ambush the Sheriff of Nottingham in Sherwood Forest, but as a reprisal, Prince John lures them into a trap. Fortunately King Richard returns to save the day, and friendship overcomes conflict.

Review:

I recently had an e-mail from a GCSE pupil who said her year group was planning a reunion – their Year 6 play was Robin Hood and they wanted to re-enact this for their reunion...Helen Mackinnon
