It’s time to visit an 18th Century garden centre. This was a time when sailors exploring distant continents and discovered many species of tropical plants which they brought back to be cultivated in botanical gardens such as Kew Gardens and Chelsea. This EcoShow is about Thomas Fairchild, who, together with his young apprentices cross-pollinated a Carnation and Sweet William to produce a ‘Mule’!
This twenty-minute show is tailor-made for primary school pupils to present in class assemblies. With a flexible cast ranging from two to over thirty, it is also ideal for home performances with friends and family.
Downloads include topic-based script with play, action rhyme, game, SingAlong Video with vocal and backing mp3 tracks, piano score, photos, and poster to advertise the event.
No performance licence is necessary for performances within schools.
